New SL quick tips, and Torley tells on customer service

Torley rolled out 16 new quick tip videos that were prompted by resident requests. And at less than 2 minutes long you can get your answer and keep on boppin’ down the virtual road to your destination.
Some of the great tips include
- What the Avatar Rendering Cost (ARC) and why you should check it on yourself
- Find Friends and Groups faster
- Giving stuff to people that aren’t close to you
- Downloading SecondLife with a single click
And so many others that I had to stop myself from listing them all. And of course there are high-quality versions of the videos that you can save to your hard drive (which I’m going to do as soon as I post this).
Torley also posted a great article on his own blog as he relates two customer service stories, one bad, one fantabulous. I won’t tell you which company is which, but both of them shocked me for different reasons.
