Torre now 7th most winning skipper

I’m still going through my email and news feeds, but before I post today’s omnibus links post (including the links I didn’t get a chance to post yesterday) I wanted to congratulate Los Angeles Dodgers skipper Joe Torre on passing Joe McCarthy as the seventh most winning manager in baseball. After last night’s win over the Phillies the team is now 60-59 and remains a game behind the Diamondbacks in the NL West.
Although I’m glad to be able to say that I now have a second way to show my love for things Dodger Blue here in Boston. With apologies to American Express (click for full size)…
